Return Policy: If you decide you want to return a product for reasons other than a quality issue, a 15% restocking fee will apply plus shipping.

Exchange Policy: If you receive a defective product and what to exchange it for another you must first contact us and then send the defective product back to us for an exchange. If a product was damaged during shipping all insurance forms must be filled out and returned before a replacement product can be shipped. Please retain shipping container and all materials including broken items until you receive the replacement items. If you can send us a digital picture of the damaged items or send us the main broken part as proof; this all helps us expedite your replacement.
